Return & Refund Policy
At Sree Mayil Vel Natural & Healthy Foods Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to ensuring that every shopping experience on our website is smooth and satisfactory. We take utmost care in maintaining product quality and packaging standards to deliver only the best to our customers.
As a standard policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition and match the order placed.
However, in the unlikely event that:
- You receive an incorrect product (different from your order confirmation), or
- The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect,
we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement within 7 days of receipt. To report a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered item, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery at:

Given the nature of our products, each return or refund request will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine the most appropriate resolution.
- No refunds will be processed for orders with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or if the package is refused by the recipient.
- In case of approved returns, the refund amount will be credited to your ELAN account; no cash refunds will be issued.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds at this time.
- Products purchased online can be exchanged or returned in-store.
All returned or exchanged items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging, seals, and tags intact.
When applicable, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
